8 glasses of water

Here is my plan for achieving my goal of drinking 8 glasses of water daily for the next 6 weeks.

Step 1: Drink a full glass first thing in the morning.
Step 2: Drink a full glass before each meal
Step 3: Track my water intake on the family calendar.
